I didn't step on a big fish, but had eels wrap around my legs....

my ex FIL took me fishing once (and I say once because he never invited me again) to a creek and he loaned me his new cane pole. Something hit both our lines at the same time. Yup, a big ol eel! the more times I tell this story the bigger it gets and now Im saying it had to of been 2 ft. I threw his new pole into the creek while he brought his in. He ate it too. I went screaming back up the hill to his truck. He was some kinda mad.

My yogurt turned out awesome. I ate one 8-oz jar with a big spoonful of my homemade peach "jam" on it. It was delicious! The "jam" never did set up prooperly so it's more like a peach syrup. Still yummy.

howdy all. Caught up here and considering doing my Christmas cards. Honestly I don't really want to do anything today. What I should be doing is painting that apartment, OR making swedish meatballs, OR cleaning house OR washing bedding and clothes. OR doing my Christmas letter and or cards. Instead here I sit. Got my bend over letter for the City and county for property taxes on the motel, farm and the house next door. If it wasn't for the states buy down (picking up a portion of taxes) I would need over 15,000. At the moment I still need to come up with over 9,000 BUT after Jan first I can apply for a North Dakota homeowner tax reduction of up to 1,600 IF I qualify.

Your getting exemption and Im gonna lose one. elderly or disabled Tom did the elderly one and I did the other. One person cant have both. Also losing the elderly tax credit he got for $100. a year.

IF she is pregnant it might be twins and she might need help giving birth. She has been pregnant for a very long time it seems like to me.

I finally did it! I got thru to the place that orders my card for food. She said it will take a week so not in time for Christmas. I will still need to get a 4 # code to use it. I hope its not the same phone #.

Lol, sorry Granny, here I am enjoying two of your least favorite foods - yogurt and peaches. Adding insult to injury. Sorry about that.

Made cookies. They turned out really good. Did not use recipe on back of chocolate chip bag. Used this recipe instead (at bottom of post), except I used all brown sugar instead of 1 c brown + 1 c white. Here's my cookies, plenty for rverybody so gather round, Grannylanders!
