Yay! I’m not enjoying these short days.

I had a good day.
Worked in the shop for a couple hours and processed some ducks for a local family. I only harvested the breast meat and leg quarters.
I ended up with 4 1/2 pounds of meat.

Looks good! I only cooked duck once and I cooked it for hours thinking it would get tender. Of course it never did.

Robert still has to get fitted for his. I remember that part. It was awful. Made me barf. lol

They don't do it like they used to, where you have to bite into a tray of mud. They stuck a wand in my mouth that took 3D pics, it was pretty cool.

really? Do they all do that? They offered to make me some new ones. Maybe I can take the time for that now. I still am facing a new surgery still
