Right now the hospital is the last place you want to be, Cap. There's some kind of something going around in hospitals in some states that they can't control.

So my overnight artisan bread is 12 minutes from being done. This is a four-ingredient bread that stayed in the fridge overnight, just flour, water, yeast and salt. Smells heavenly!

Edit. SALT, last ingredient, lol.

They tested me for strep, and covid, and one other problem, but all were negative. However, this morning I feel like I am catching something! Sore throat.
It's ridiculous really, we closed on the house Dec. 12th. Hubby has not signed up for the furniture move, we are not doing that. I really think we should have hired someone to move all the boxes.
This sinus infection just keeps coming back. Idk what it takes to get rid of it. Having headaches and my BP goes up sometimes. Maybe if they put me in the hospital, they could figure it all out.

Did you see that nasal spray thing I posted. It helped clear out my sinuses. It weird. The xylitol in the wash helps kill viruses and bacteria. I think I like my neti pot better but I like the nasal wash. You can buy it separate.

I also brew up a jar of mullein herbal infusion. I drink it warm with milk and honey. It really helped my lungs.
