Morning all, or afternoon here.
I didn't get much sleep last night. Unproductive coughing til I started puking. Took some med. for that but I don't have anything for this cough. I got in my chair and finally got some sleep. When I woke up Robert said I need to go to the Drs. Said I was snoring really loud. I normally dont snore. I took a poop pill and because of the pill, well lets just say the poop hit the fan.. And the toilet, walls, floor. clothes and anything else surrounding me. Then to top it all off a sugar drop. It took me an hour to get all that cleaned up . It could of been worse. I could of been at Walmart.

So anyway, here is my overnight bread.

Nice crispy crust, nice open crumb structure, just like sourdough, good flavor. Very easy no-knead technique. I likes it, good occasional change-up from my regular recipe.
