Granny's gone and done it again

I get the flu every time I get the shot. Usually in Feb or March. Doc said I'm a person who needs to take two shots a season....ummmm....no, I'll just stay away from people in the winter, thank you..and wear a mask if I have to go out.
My brother took the 2 half dose flu shots for years and did well that way. He could not take the full dose shot. I now take the what I think is the more potent shot for the old folks in me. Ma does too.

I never have any problems with any of the shots, DH will be bedridden for a couple of days after he gets his. My Covid shot from the other day is a little .... well it feels like the Charley horse my brother and I used to give each other when we were kids, ĺol. It's a bit firm and a tiny bit swollen but not hot or anything. I'm mostly unaware of it.

Speaking of which..............

Pi: I wuv you Buck!
Buck: Go away kid ya bother me.
You look at her from this POV and she has a really poofy round little butt. We got rid of the worms. Not a lot dead in her stool but a few. Hopefully she won't be eating anything that doesn't crawl away from her from now on. Vet said another month and as she starts to mature we will be able to pin down what else is mixed in with the border collie. I can conceivably see a bit of Rotty in her. Lord knows she has the personality for it.
Looks like a husky tail.

Today we smelled something in the Great Room. Hubby thought it was propane, and I thought some dog farted.
I was closer, turned out to be all the food in our filled chest freezer had thawed out several days ago! Omg, it was awful! Steaks, seafood, all kinds of good stuff. Sigh. Hubby had to get to the new house for fencing delivery, so I got to deal with the food stench myself. Three big moving boxes full of dripping, smelly rotting food! So gross!
When he got home, we took the freezer out and put it in the back of my truck. With the boxes of garbage food. So one less problem to deal with.
