Granny's gone and done it again

High Fructose Corn Syrup is one of the food additives that they say you should avoid like it was poison, which it almost is. Very hard on your body to digest and one of the main ingredients on highly processed foods.

My mother used to say you are what you eat. Boy was she right. With the advent of high processed foods, more people are type 2 diabetics, obese, have high cholesterol and generally unhealthy. Unfortunately it's in just about anything that tastes good.

Pup is asleep...thank you Lord....Heading out to run some errands and have the doctor check my back again. Wouldn't you know it. TODAY, it's not bothering me too much. Figures.
 
High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, Sugar, Honey (7%), Fructose, Contains 2% or Less of: Caramel Color, Molassas, Water, Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Falvor, Malic Acid. OR Corn Syrup, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Honey, Sugar, Natural and Artificial Flavor.
So 98% sugar in some form. Ugh.

I have never seen it used as a high-five gesture.
Between plastics and nasty or forever chemicals, the earth is pretty much poisoned. So sad. It's not going away by itself. People in 3rd world countries are burning plastics when wood is unavailable. More toxic fumes!
