But the stupid thing was I met with my outreach worker earlier before Club which helped AND I talked a little bit with one of the Club staff once there which ALSO helped yet I still screwed up.

The tractors and trucks were clearing some of the piles of snow from our streets today. I hope the storm they are predicting this weekend misses us. I know some people have colder then we do but -11 night times is more then could enough for me. Looks like the snow is here to stay awhile

Actually, after about 3 months of excruciating back pain from a pinched nerve followed by a nasty IBS flare, then both together, I'm feeling pretty good today. Just not doing anything to rock the boat so to speak.

How bout you?

Hubby found a chiropractor specialized in injury repair, fix his back in only 7-8 visits, about 2 months.

I actually have that as an option through my Medicare..extra benefit. Nurse can come and do everything, including taking care of meds. I have Aetna with Medicare.

DH has Medicare but Medicaid picks up what Medicare doesn't cover. He has full care

Thanks. I have a hands on DO who is reputed to be the best in Northern Missouri. He managed to get the pressure off the nerve then it was a matter of time for the inflammation to die down.

I don't think my back would tolerate a chiropractor.

I guess Im going to the heart Dr tomorrow dirty. I can take a sponge bath but my hair is greasy. I just don't have that energy. Plus it isn't warm in there. Guilt.
