Couldn't sleep. 3 hrs. The shortest yet. yet. I thought this cortisone treatment in my neck and shoulders would help by now. Headache. 
Bad. I hope this works. Sometimes the shots take a while to kick in. Saw him yesterday for my knees. Told him about some pain in head and eye. He says it'll get better. He feels pretty confident.

I know how hard it is to basically be confined to a chair. The depression can sneak up on you before you even realize its there. I just want to let you know your not alone with this. You have a whole family here rooting for you.
