Yes. Head tilts that pull your neck and shoulder areas. Pulling neck back, pushing shoulders back together. They don't take long.

Just looked up the price on those now. Spendy. I'm thinking I paid 20 dollars.

I have a headache once or twice a day. Really tired of it.

I need to do something about this blocked tear duct, my left eye just drains and drains but I don't know who to see about it. I've been massaging it and putting warm compresses on it but so far it's not helping. This has been going on for days now.

I wouldn't be waiting around to get it checked.

Nancys mate had his kidney biopsy today. One nurse said 24-48 hrs and another said 2 weeks. We are under a winter weather advisory tomorrow when Nancy is supposed to come here. 2-5 inch I think. I have already forgotten.

This has been wonderful! This is mine. I found it at a yard sale years ago when Scott was alive. The price was so good I had to get it. I told him, some day I may need this. Yep. It sat in the garage until I did. Has hand brakes if needed. Wheels are just the right size. Holds a pretty good amount of weight too.
