I made meatloaf, small one lb. Mashed taters, instant , gravy from a jar and can of green beans. Good thing I made a small second plate because the rest of it is gone.

I cut DH's blood pressure pills in half so he doesn't take a whole one . He thinks he finally found a pill he doesn't choke on and it is foolish to cut it in half. I tried to explain the slow release was to big for him so the Dr didn't give it in slow release so now I have to chop it in half and he has to take it twice a day!

I get some patches on my nose between my eyebrows. DH has it bad along with seborrheic dermatitis and has to use a witches brew of ointments, mainly Ketoconazole.

Some of them are really hard to get down. I struggle with them too

Ketoconazole is good stuff. He even has it in a shampoo form cause he gets it around his hair line.
