Morning all, IDK what time Nancys coming. She said early. I just crawled out of bed at 8:30 and sipping my first cup of liquid joy. Still have to get dressed and do all the basics.

My younger sister had breast cancer at 35. They said if you are that young it means a gene was mutated and all is sisters should get tested regular. They did gene testing on her and said she doesn't carry the breast cancer gene. I forget what they call that gene

My Grandmother died of Breast cancer. My and a sister had Uterine cancer. Glad I had the latter taken out. But then, that's the surgery I almost didn't make it through. Lost half my blood volume while in recovery and they couldn't get the surgeon to answer his pager. It was crazy. I'll tell you one thing, it feels awful to get 4 units of blood. Yucky feeling. They say its compared to getting a transplant of an organ. Your body is trying to accept it. Yucky feeling.

I've had that done a couple times too but not 4 units. 2 I think. I cant imagine..
