The turkey tail you grind up and sprinkle on your food. Good for cancer I am told. I have a bottle for my dogsOh it's edible in the sence it isn't poisonous... but it's like chewing bark flavored leather lol.

My favorite is to grill it in a thin layer of oil and smoked salt. Tastes somewhat like chicken grilled in bacon grease
The neighbors batter and deep fry it like fried chicken. I dont really deep fry (with the exception of okra and jalapeños) so I havnt tried that one.
That would be a way of using it! I was thinking about collecting it for teas. It's VERY high in nutrition and healing stuff.
