I have had a few of those in the last year, they are very disconcerting! I think mine might be from vitamin b12 deficiency, it goes with my connective tissue disease. I started eating kiwis skin and all and it went away. There are other vitamins that can be the culprit though, you may want to look into. View attachment 4305937

I have had palpitations lots of times, but it was the first time I was shaky and nervous at the same time.
I hate AI. Went to a drive through the other day. I asked about a sausage sandwich, which I had seen advertised. It didn't know what to say.

Pulling in the driveway and not coming in is kinda spooky! 2 dogs locked up. Frosty just wont go w/ Robert. Having to lock them up shows how well I have trained them!

Yesterday I went to the log cabin. Took the 2 dogs. Went for a walk with them.
Cleaned up the studio more. Mopped about 1/3 of the floor,

cleaning up clay powder off the floor. I really need a big shop vac.
