It's interesting to see everyone's answer to this. My answer would be taxes and house first, then handicap because they have to be done. I can groom my own dog's, If you need a fan, you can get a cheap fan till you have the money....

Reasons for my answer- taxes are never good if you are late- you need your home settled, it's where you live. You can get lawyers for people that don't have enough money.

It does sound very overwhelming.
You don't have to take my advice.

My answer was under the impression she wanted to get these all done within a week at most, if waiting longer i would say your plan is better.

Is it oil, natural gass, or propane? Hubby works for a propane company thats trying to expand their costumers. There are way too many monopolies on things like that in this country.

It's oil. One local gas station sells heating oil and I noticed a lot of people have empty jugs standing beside their oil tanks so it dawned on me that's what people do. This used to be coal mining region and most people turned to oil. Some to propane but natural gas isn't an option

Wow, its all natural gas or propane here! I have never even seen oil at a gas station.

I didn't check oil prices but I think they went up because of world unrest. But it might be better to tank up now because prices may go up even more. I think for now a couple jugs for summer is what I will do

I never saw oil at a gas station either until we lived here. I turn the thermostat on them oil burner down for the summer. Our water doesn't need to be so hot that the burner keeps cycling. When we heat the house I turn it up or it cycles too much. It's not the thermostat on the room I'm talking about but the thermostat on the burner

My favorite diet cheat is plain yogurt with cocoa powder and a tsp of honey. Surprisingly low calorie.. but tastes like chocolate mouse.

Oooh! I love plain yogurt by itself too--eaten very slowly, it's not so sour but almost tastes like cheese.
