I have been blessed by actually meeting TWO people from this gang. Enola and now Troyer. I thought that troyer actually looked younger in person. They got on the road around 7:15 or 7:30 this am.

One of the pup's was having serious "issues" this morning in a pile of sleeping siblings and just chomping away at a random foot and screaming at the same time. Silly bugger finally realized he was chomping his own foot. He's a special one he is.

I just mentioned those things at random bc it sounded like something he would drink. He puts foods and teas together in creative ways!

I checked on Robert and got a better look. It sure don't look good and the top of his foot has a rash like thing. Just a bunch of small red spots??

how often does he shower or wash his feet ?? that could be part of the problem combined with the diabetes. Robert lost 1/2 his foot from not washing "properly" and NOT controlling his blood sugar levels.

We finally caught an opossum in a trap DH set last night. The buggers keep stealing the chickens' feed right out of the feeders, and if the truth be known I suspect they steal eggs as well! Grrr! This one was young so no doubt there are others about. We will re-set the trap and continue to do so until we catch the producer of these varmints, the mother ship, so to speak. We used marshmallows and peanuts as bait.
