But have you ever been thunderstruck? AC/DC. my fav
Oooooo my favorite. I jack up the sound on the stereo system until the woofers vibrate and play it over and over.

Makes the Amish pick up the pace when they ride in front of the house, lol.

Morning all. We had storms roll through last night. Mostly embedded thundershowers. One had thunder loud enough that poor old Buck started to pace around the bed shake and whine. He tried to jump up on the bed but he has arthritis in both hips and his jumping days are limited to the sofa so when he got his front legs up on the bed, I got up and hoisted his bottom end up. He immediately went to the head of the bed and laid down between DH and myself and slept there all night. DH said he woke up this morning, reached out and instead of finding me found Buck's bottom. Said it kinda startled him. I was just glad he didn't think the hairy butt belonged to me!

I thought the surgery was on Monday.
Surgery was Monday. We spent Sunday night in a hotel close to the hospital because we had to be there at 5 a.m. Surgery started at 7 and he was in recovery before 9. He stayed Monday night in the hospital and we were headed home about 1:30 Tuesday. He is much better today, but still resting a lot. He wants to try to walk outside some today.
