evening every one. Brother goes to work tomorrow I think

The dinner was a HUGE success. The bbq sauce was much better today and very good. cooked 8 lbs of taters with onion, celery, salt pepper and 3 sticks of butter I think there was 4 cups left. about 10 lbs of country style ribs, 3 left, about 1/2 of the coleslaw. That was just 6 people.

oink oink LOL sounds good . You make slaw same way I used to.
 
on 9/11 we (Angie, Gene and myself) were on the roof over apt 29 ripping off old shingles I had one brother leaving Dalles Airport or scheduled to and the other one (pilot) getting ready to fly out of LA ex
 
I buy whole cabbage and slice my own the dressing is so easy I just don't understand people paying that kind of money for the store mixed garbage ( both the slaw mix and dressing) IMHO

it is true. the store bought cabbage is too big to suit me .
 
you still use the knuckle buster for the cabbage ? Its not homemade if it dont have a little skin ! haha yuck.
