Attimus, dont you love the feel of it in your hands ?  I too said I will start back. I actually did this a couple times.  I lost skills every time. It takes a while to get it back too. Love your koi pond. I know that cement ate that stuff up. Go big or go home right ? LOL

The chalk is just one of many mediums I've used but the only one dedicated to pieces that big. Come close with acrylics but a canvas that big would cost a kidney.

Im going to do something stupid today. DH is wanting out of the house and I cant think of a thing to do except a different town with better chicks . Gas in the van and lunch will take uo a third of that check. I will end up with chicks I am not really wanting. and tired and sore from the trip. He dont care where we go as long as he is going.

Walls, they are a blast to paint . I did a dino for my son when he was little took 3 days and on the 5th day I had to paint over it . He was scared.

Abby and Lil Twist update, Abby is mock fighting Lil Twist.

Jumping on the back and running trying to get him to give chase. He is hiding behind the water dish . He is picking bottom half of feeder up and throwing it across the cage. I have never , in my yrs. of hatching or buying had chicks like this before. They are going to be monsters. They both have a lot of gold in them so I would say same father. Moms are EE (green egg) and white egg. Unless bantam gold laced cochin lays white eggs it is the brown leghorn mama and I dont think the gold lace would have a chick this big even if it does look like her. clean legs though.
