Most advice I've seen is for roll-away nests, or gumbo pot. They're not new layers, and never had trouble before, so hoping it was a one time thing. I immediately removed everything from the nest, hay and all, and collected the other eggs. I'll check the feeder and give them lettuce. Should help I hope.

that's because when I sit in front of computer I almost chain smoke and usually don't even realize I am doing it.

Also WE got to play pinchole

both weds for about 6 hours

and thurs for another 6 hours.

Sherry brought her mother (Earlene) in and then Gene came over from next door. I think its the first time sense George passed away over a year ago. George being Earlene's hubby and Sherry's father. Crazy Sheila is also one of their daughter's/sister.

Linda lou just sink the bed frame a little in the dirt in the new chicken run and they can play on/over/around/ or under it. All kinds of different places.levels to hang treats off it as well

JUST DO NOT put it to close to the fence or they will use it to escape the run . Good job on that BTW
