Still haven't lost the 50 pounds I gained after I quit smoking 9 years ago.

OMG  another 50 lbs  on me and I would look like an old marlon brando  or a puffer fish stuck on puff 

I had worked so hard & took off 75 pounds that I put on after some medical problems & meds. Only to find the real cause of my migraine headaches. Quit smoking, underwent brain surgery & gained 50 pounds staying smoke free.

I do similar stuff with high stress situations too Linda. Keeps me sane!

wow !!! I think not smoking was giving me the migraines. and of course sucking your thumb at our age is looked at as weird.

and I am to old and not flexible enough to suck my toes any longer.
