I have never tried fermented feed, but just got a bucket set up. #2 tipped a 5lb bag of chick scratch off the work bench into the dog water! Not going to let it go to waste, so it's all cleaned up and dumped into a clean bucket with water. Do I need to add anything else? or just let it stew?

Put s cheese cloth on it and let it stew.

there's a very small woman lives just down the street well she went to the doctors about having a sore mott lady bits
any way he said he would have a look but she tells him it only happens when it rains so he tells her to come back
when it's raining so back at the doctors she says with all this rain i'm really really sore so he said let's have a look
he poke's it and prods it for a bit then tells her to walk up and down the room and asks her how she feels
and she hugs him and says thank you so much i am cured i feel great what on earth had you done
well said the doctor i have cut 2 inches off the top of your wellingtons hehe

Thanks Linda.  No cheese cloth, so an old t-shirt will have to suffice.  Forgot to say, yes, we are having the warm temps until maybe Fri, when a bit of rain might come.     Also wanted to ask you what type of tortoises you have.  ??
