morning all wrist still killing me. gonna try some ice . cant type for crap. so tired of being in pain rancher, keep em coming
lol.png

I sleep with braces on. Short version a few years ago, keyboarding class. Saw ortho he says carpal, surgery, weeks of thero. No go, I'm not dropping out of school. Ice, wore braces. No pain. Time goes by, still working delivering mail. wrists starts hurting, go se ortho, have test. "No carpal" Chronic Tendinitis. WTHeck. Miracle must be, I did go up for prayer at church.

So now I wear braces when I sleep. You get used to them. Occasional flare ups but not a lot. If I were you, I'd start with the braces and see if that helps before spending to see a doc. They'll help I'm sure.

I would have had surgery for nothing the first time. Well something, to put money in his pockets.

rancher, i was told the same. what braces ? what do they look like? did or can you get them from dr.?
When you sleep your wrist bend, pinch the nerve, but with the braces they don't.

One time mine I put up the new fan/light in the bathroom. My hands hurt so bad the next day I couldn't use them. That was why I saw the doc the second time. Now with the braces I'm fine.

You can get them at the drug store or grocery store or on line.

Chickens: The dosage for chickens is 25 mg of active substance per kg bodyweight (equivalent to 100 ml of product per 500 kg bodyweight). Tiamulin should be administered continuously at a level of 0.025% (250 ppm) in drinking water (2 ml product per litre of water) for 3 – 5 days and will provide approximately the following daily dosage of tiamulin depending on the age of the bird:
Day old chick: 125 – 150 mg/kg bodyweight
4 week old broiler: 30 – 50 mg/kg bodyweight
10 week old pullet: 30 – 45 mg/kg bodyweight
Layer: 25 mg/kg bodyweight

Granny, do you have a syringe for measuring doses? ml is the same as cc, so a syringe makes it easy. Otherwise 2ml is a bit less than ½ teaspoon. (2ml = 4/10 tsp). A liter is very close to a quart, so I think it's fairly safe to use that measurement, considering how much they drink varies somewhat.

Kathy, how did you access the Novartis site? I had been on a couple years ago before the US got blocked. I wrote down the dosages then, but can't find my notes.

I've tried and tried to get on, but no success.
