I only got 6 isa browns . whatever that is. all sexed pullet, 6 buff orphs. same , and 7 bantam ? All the same . Blue with feathered feet.

Camping, I would take that baby EE roo off your hands. Can you check shipping ? It is me wanting to try colored polish eggs. His colors would mix right in with the tolbunts.
Good heavens! When you go and do it, you really do it big!

If you can raise them past the brooder stage, I bet you can make a profit, but calculate the feed costs in. If you want to turn around and sell them for $3 or so, I bet you could! Can you put an ad up on facebook? (Don't tell them you only paid a dollar each.

Blue bantams with feathered feet? Cochins??

If you could get camping's EE cockerel, you would have a beautiful addition. And healthy too. Never heard of an EE with health problems.

It's what any normal chicken addicted person would do! :highfive:

I plan to put everything on "my" side of the fence. Some for them, some for me.

I haven't noticed my goatlings eating poison ivy, or the wild blackberry brambles. Is that because they're babies? The poison ivy and briars are coming up in my back yard, most around the ankles but some waist high already. I'm going to push to keep the nanny back there til she kids, and she can eat that stuff down.

Edit: I meant that second part for the house. I just get lazy posting sometimes.

Sounds like a perfect plan! I tried blueberries here, but it's just too dry and hot in the summer. Couldn't keep them watered.

Not sure about goats, but the deer out here eat poison oak. It isn't their first choice though, neither are blackberry brambles. How do I know this? Because we have more poison oak and blackberries than just about anything else!!

You couldn't turn that down.
