Granny the first few chicks look like they're thirsty with their mouths open. Should I try to get water to them? One hatch just a bit ago. I'm scared to open the bator.

banana ? lool no dont need it with quail, you will need a bigger one when they start growing though.. ees might pip tomorrow ..

Today is day 21. So far I have 10 outta 20 hatched and more pips.
thanks York. Oh and Jane, I looked again and the blue eggs were near the outside of the element. Darn y'all know more about my hatch than I do and you're not even here lol.

I know from experience. I threw 6 out from my last july hatch and when i looked at the cracked eggs i realized they were still alive. Not srink wrapped just needed another day or two to hatch.

how many dry ? I guess you could quickly take the dry ones out and help it cool down. .
