That is a very pale liver. @Littletrees, so sorry for your loss. Was there any blood in the abdominal cavity?

The only thing that I see that looks wrong is the liver. It's very pale. @007Sean That's definitely not a lung. The lungs were in the picture with the heart.

I keep an eye on their feed and never has it been questionable. She was problematic from hatch but never necessarily symptomatic of anything, more like only half thrived since hatch.

No blood. Had passed 16ish hours prior all blood still where it should have been

With the liver so pale, I thought maybe it was some sort of hemorrhage.

I stand corrected...@Kiki , @casportpony , @Nabiki , I took another look at the pics. The spots are indeed blood clots on the liver!
I would say it's fatty liver disease but doesn't really fit that diagnosis?
