GRAPHIC PICS Attacked by other Hen(s)

Yes, I think it would help her if you could get up at least once to keep her hydrated.

And you might want to use compresses for burns so they will not stick to the wound.
I used telpha non stick to cover the wound and secured it with self stick wrapping. I will get up every 4 hours to hydrate her. She walked over to eat but, did not. I put her chick feed in plain yogurt to soften it and put some on her beak. I just added more Triple antibiotic and coconut oil which melts and keeps it moistened. I had to move her gf to her secure outside coop for the night. She kept bugging her. I think she needs total rest esp. For tonight. I hope thats ok?
I did trim her head feathers short to keep some weight off from pulling too much and I trimmed all around her eyes to help her see.
I handle all the girls a lot, so this little White Crested is at least use to me holding her and talking sweet to her and rubbing on her. My three EE do not like it but, I make sure to exam the big girls at least once a day.
I hope I'm doing the right thing. But, with all the advice so far, I think Im on the right track. Thank you.
I appreciate all the insight.

You are doing a great job and moving the other polish will give her the much needed rest.

Do you have another metal cage to put the GF in? Having the GF at her side will animate her to eat and she will not feel lonely during times you can't be with her.

You might want to give her or both some scrambled egg with oatmeal and millet, there is hardly any chicken able to resist this temptation.

Thank you for your encouragement. I set my alarm for 0430. Not knowing if she was alive, I Thankfully found her sound asleep. I did gently wake her and recieved a chirp when I pi cked her up to give her a drink. Afterwards, I put more coconut oil on top of the dressing to keep it moist as her body heat melts it.
I do not have another crate but, I will get another one today and put her gf next to her. Cooking an egg with oatmeal and millet is a fantastic idea! Thank you very much.
I will keep the update going.

Update:
Lil Punkie survived the night. I got up every four hours to wake her and give her a drink of water with a lil Hydro-Hen. Then tucked her back in.
This morning she was standing and walked over to me. I cooked an egg and added her chick starter feed. She acted like she wanted to eat but wouldn't/couldn't. So, I unwrapped her neck but no luck and I've been keeping her neck moist.
So...I went to the coop and brought her gf :Becky inside. They started peeping happyly to see eachother. They both ate together and drank together. THANK GOD!!
I did the happy dance. I will get another crate today and keep them together when a rest is needed and to prevent any further injury when I'm not directly supervising.
Any other ideas are appreciated.
Thank you very much for your endless support and recommendations. Someday, God willing, I will be able to help someone else in their need during a crisis.
Unfortunately, I'm reading all about accidents like this happening.
I hope lil Punkie Girlie heals up.

:yesss:That's good news, I am happy for you! And with your good care I am sure she will soon recover.
I got another cage. I found a Xlarge collapsable bird cage for $7.00 at a thrift store.
Here's a picture of them right now. Shes eating! I hope she continues to get better every day.

The crazy thing is, when I let the Bog girls out into their run this morning, the two that I suspected went looking for these two babies in their hide out spots. I was so upset last night when I found my lil polish pecked to near death, I went out and checked everyones beaks for blood. But..they removed the evidence because they were all at the water dish...Darn. The open corner area that I found her listless had blood on the dirt and the dort was all torn up.
My heart didnt rest all night as I know you all feel my pain. Thank you again. Ill keep updating you. Thos has not only traumatic to my lil girls but to me too. Thanks for your Counseling sessions..send me the bill!! Lol

Well, you're very welcome!

And don't worry, this will meet the bill just perfectly :highfive::

Thank You! And Yes, I couldn't believe I found the collapsible bird cage. They had two old dog crates for $15.00 each but the $7.00 bird cage was just as big and a lot lighter. After I got home, I put both crates on top of a flannel back plastic table cloth and used binder clips to keep it up along the sides in order to keep the pine shavings in check.
I slid a large plastic bin lid where the tray should go. Then, I loaded pine shavings inside.
Lil cotton top Punkie did take lots of naps today which is good I'm guessing.
Night time update. Lil Punke tried and tried to reach around to her backside but, could not stretch her neck that far. I've coated the entire neck, shoulders and back areas with Blu-kote and kept bacitacin on it while open to air. Her poops are normal and her crop was full at bedtime. I'll check it in the morning.
Before tucking them in, I let them walk around together out of the crate. Tonight, they will sleep separated but together with the crates side by side.
They were cute because everytime I would take Punkie to put her into the crate, the otherone would run to follow chirping very loudly and pushing to go in!
I did separate them, covered them and turned out the lights. Both have water. Here is a picture. I can only hope and pray Punkie continues to heal. Should I be giving her some kind of broad spectrum antibiotics? If so, which one because I'll have to figure out how I'm going to get it, weigh her, then do the dosage calculation.
Please advice. Thank you for all your help.
