How long did it take to do the Silkie?

It took about five minutes on each side. The testes were huge, and I wanted to be sure they were removed intact. The older the bird, the more fragile the testicles become. I needed to hold the spoon tool under the testicle as I cut with the wire tool. I did not want to have to hunt around inside the body cavity for a legless jellyfish.

Hey shabbychick23, good to have you back. Don't feel ignorant about finding the page. I have thousands of posts and didn't know it myself. I've been going to it the hard way.

I did bookmark p 109 so I can refer to it later. Come back more often.

Don't feel bad, it took me a long time to realize I could do that too. It's a real game changer in these long threads!

I don't think I have any closeups of that, but I will try and get my husband to help me make some. I won't get a chance until early next week though, I am in the middle of my marathon work days right now.

It really is. My computer is slow enough without having to go 3 pages at a time when some threads are thousands of posts long. I am so grateful!
