Will grass seed with Metalaxyl hurt my chickens if they eat the seed?

Are you feeding it to them, or is it something you've seeded your lawn with? If the latter, I would keep them off the lawn, as they will scratch and dig, and you will probably not get any grass growing there.

I would keep it away from them till it starts to sprout and go in the ground. I would not risk it. Plus they would eat it all and you will get nothing.

My girls are well trained. They come when I call. Just didn't want them to get sick if they ate a few seeds.
