Grayish/Foggy eye? Only one eye like this

So this hen, very friendly and happy, has something wrong with her eye. The other one is fine and totally unaffected. She doesnt seem to see anything out of blind eye, when i wave food to that side she does not react. Is it infection? And can i fix it or is it permanent. Box shes in is also just hidey hole and she likes to sleep in it.

No pupil dilation, it is always pinprick and the sclera is just a foggy blue.. it doesnt move either

When did you notice this change? Could she have been pecked in the eye? Or could it be ocular Mareks?
