No, because that would be akin to answering "why I think Bigfoot should be on the Endangered Species list." The links I provided explain the largely mythical talking point of "double taxes".

This explains how double taxations is a myth for some corporations who are not paying dividens to shareholders. Most larger corportation(Boeing,Microsoft, and as of late Apple) do pay dividents since most of their shareholders are in fact employees. Another thing to consider which supports your line of thinking is why corporations like Apple are storing ALL of their corporate profits outside the country so they dont have to pay corporate taxes. They simply have their lawyers and accountants figure out the taxes and deposit any profits that would be taxed into an off shore account. Ironically most of the "99%" folks during the massive civil unrest movements were seen with Iphones and Macs... Always amazed me how people can complain about some human rights thing but then their actions support the very violations they protest.

On a separate soap box... if you want to see the US prosper then STOP SHOPPING AT WALMART!!! Their business practices are ruthless and have hurt many domestic companies, while giving lots of business to 3rd world countries with no labor laws and usually almost no trade to the US.
