I can't help wondering just how those panels would hold up in a bad hail storm? On the bright side, now Wally World and a lot of other shopping places and government offices have solar units over their parking areas. Shade is at a premium here in Arizona. It will probably be 120 degrees today.

If they are mounted correctly they hold up just fine.

Hmmm! That guy dancing on top of the RV is liable to break his neck.

The panels I see being installed over parking areas here seem to be much more durable as to being tied down. They are in aluminum frames. I wonder how long until some crack head starts stealing the metal.

But the panels seem to be more glassy than those in the video. I hope they can stand up to a hail storm.

Plastics break down real bad here. Dashboards of cars melt and deteriorate. Trim pieces glued on with some boogery substance fall off.
