Great Pyrenees Puppies How are they as a family pet?

Has any one heard of any one who has used Windance Farms to train their Guardian dogs?

I have read that they are about the best farm/family dog you can get. What do you all think? Does anyone have one that can give me some personal experinces? I am really considerring getting one. Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks! JEN

Best? I think you'll find happy and unhappy with all breeds, our best family dog was a pit bull, long gone, but was there when our baby was born and was her greatest ally...We have a GP as a guard dog now and find he's fantastic with people, I'd actually like him to 'act' a lil more aggressive around strangers but he's great as is...I found with him, his size gives him an air of confidence, he knows what to fear and what not to fear, not sure he found anything in the former category yet and responds accordingly to all 'visitors' whether 2 or 4 legged...Since we've had him, no predators which used to be a daily sighting...He's a life saver and helps us sleep good at night now...
