Great resource for Newbies to meat raising

I am a newbie and I stumbled upon this website. I thought it was useful information with slides and videos on getting started with pastured broilers. Thought I would share. They have videos on getting started, broilers, predator control, complying with regulations to sell dressed poultry. Some information is specific to Florida, but seems to have useful information for anywhere. Maybe everyone already knows about it.
