I'm sorry that your hens aren't laying! Some reasons could be that they aren't actually hens, that something has stressed them out, or that they are older/younger than you think,

These are my girls. Plus two quackers. I have no idea as to what the breeds are of any of them. One of them laid an egg sometime last night or this morning. So things are looking up. All but two squat when I touch their backs or just walk up to them.

You have a beautiful flock. I can't see all of them enough to be sure, but based on what I can see your chicken breeds from left to right are: Red Sex Link (I think I might see some white tail feathers) or Production Red (if the tail feathers and underfluff are not white), Production Red, probable Black Australorp (I can't see the leg color to be certain), probable Black Australorp, Production Red, and Black Sex Link.
