If you are going to associate the level of insanity to a geographic location based on the person or persons that spend the most time in that location, I'd say the insanity is coming from the moat......

Maybe it's the gases from the moat itself? And G-man just seems to be the source of the gases? You know, the gases permeate his clothing and when he is away from the moat, the gases are still on him.... I dunno...

Maybe we are all a little "teched" in the head... At least Sour quit trying to get people to go on the picnic to the moat....
