Um, no, we have no chicken vet near us.

Yes they are eating and drinking well.

FWIW, when I see poop like that in one of mine I usually have to treat them with antibiotics.

What kind of antibiotics? And what dosage..

I don't know how hot it is where you are but my chickens get very loose watery poop in the summertime from drinking so much water. I think that's normal. Some are more watery than others. Do they free range? Are they eating a lot of greens or maybe something new that would change the color? Anything they eat will go straight thru. I gave mine beets and freaked out when they all pooped bright red like blood.

Yes they free range every day, but it started in the spring when it was cold-ish.

No it is not, we just went and found some worms in her poop. Does anyone know any antibiotics we could give (and what dosage?). Thank you

Antibiotics will not get rid of worms.
You will need a worm medicine.
I see you are in Canada and I do not know what is sold up there so I am going to call my Canadian friend over to tell you what to buy.
