Green egg envy

Yeah, I would get more than one. Otherwise you might get one like mine that lays dark cream eggs

I can send you some pretty robin egg blue or blue green eggs if you want them. It is supposed to be in the 40's- 50's here next week. (This week it is below zero.) Two dollars and egg plus shipping. Just pm or email me if you want some!

wish I could find them on ebay for that price because last time I ordered eggs we spent &40.00 on them and had one crippled and deformed chick hatch that died. now mom says we will not buy eggs that are over $20.00 including shipping

I am incubating some 20 pure eggs right now in order to have my own hens. Got the pure Auaucana roo now.... so want to hatch some pure eggs. LOVE the colors!

I want some of those green eggs as well but I am going to wait until my ladies start laying for me.

I've read about pink ones too but I cant track down which breed of chicken lays them. No San Francisco chicken jokes please.

I got 7 Americana's last July and got my first egg from them this morning. It was the prettiest green I've ever seen. I was worried that I'd get pink eggs, but so far so good.

It finally happened today! Wahoo.

My 14 year old gave me a big hug when I walked out of the coop with the egg in the center in my hand.

The white one on the left is JUMBO size laid by our tiny White Leghorn (Cotton Tail). The one on the right was laid by our Red Star "Ella"

The one in the center was laid by Sunshine one of our EE's she is just barely 20 weeks.
It is almost normal sized and her first pullet egg.

Here is her pic.
