Good call on the grit! Thanks for teh reminder. In fact I have sprincled grit in the run from time to time but its been a while. Do you use a seperate sish or just sprincle on teh ground?

My coop is up on stilts, with a plywood floor a bit off the ground, covered with an old scrap of linoleum. I put a dog dish with grit under there, and another with oyster shell. This way, it doesn't get wet & icky if it rains.

How's your bird doing??
