In the UK we paint our green house windows in the summer to deflecked the sun. Not sure what it is exactly but it is water based & washes off very easy.

You can build a COOP out of old pallets.

Is that new, or is it something already been set up for a while in someone's yard and now they want it gone?

If the latter, transportation (and consequent repairs) may be a lot bigger project than you are thinking. I'd suggest looking into the specifics of your arrangements for moving it.
