Foggy here this morning, got another cold front coming, gonna be brrrr again in the morning!

It'll be here by tomorrow night. I think it's supposed to be 51/26 on Monday! Not happy, lol.

Yeah, I'm thinking it's not gonna be much longer before hubby starts thinking about migrating bonsai to the greenhouse, we could have actually have a frost before Thanksgiving if this keeps up. Or after this front, it will stay hot until Christmas hardly anything in-between.

That's what I'm thinking will happen!

Yeah I would've thought they'd be slowing down with shorter days but he said bunches were blooming. Then again, last time I saw that greenhouse, it had hundreds of orchids, some are bound to bloom at any time of the year

My orchids actually tend to spike this time of year as well. I've got 2 actively blooming and another with 2 new spikes that I just found when I watered yesterday. They usually bloom between now and March-ish. One I have blooming I actually bought in bloom a while back, and I'm surprised it isn't done yet. It won't be long, most likely.

It is! Thank you. It's a dendrobium that I moved outside. It wasn't thriving indoors like my phalenopsis orchids do, so I was hoping our high humidity would help. I hung it under a tree where it gets just dappled light. It immediately grew new canes and a bloom spike!
