I did this past year. They did not grow at all. But, they did sit in their bag longer than I probably should've let them, so that might be why.

i got some in the mail the other day and im gonna plant them tomorrow ....lol i was hoping for some tips lol but u killed urs lol lmao

I definitely did. I do plan to try strawberries again this coming year, but I'm going to buy already started plants and I think grow them in hanging baskets. That way they're up off the ground and ants won't be as easily able to get the fruit.

see i love that idea i got a trellis in my front yard so i could do the same and then some in containers ......i also got 2 new blackberry bushes .... the najajo and natchez kinds

Are those thornless varieties? We have grown several thornless, all names for Native American tribes as well. I love them. They make giant berries, and tons of them. Plus, no thorns to fight when picking.
