Green liquid diarrhea, can't stand, very lethargic

It has been about 10 days and no improvement in her condition. But I learnt a lot from here and other forums and I can say she has a swollen abdomen. I am sure of that because I checked the other 3 chicks and this one's belly is significantly round and ball shaped and swollen. I believed it is egg bound and got epsom salt and calsium pills, tried twice and it didn't work. I checked the vent but not sure if I did it correctly. Should I look for an egg straight back, up or down when I insert my finger? I believe it should be somewhere 1-2 inches to the vent? What might be if it is not an eggbound? Thank you so much for the responses.
Look into 'Water belly'. You can usually tell if they are egg bound just by inserting your finger an inch or two.

Fluid is building up in her abdomen. The pressure crushes internal organs. If you can resolve the cause, she might get better.

Is her vent clean or does she have yellow matter around it?

Yes, she has yellowish greenish thing around her vent.

Yikes. Her chances of survival aren't great. But, it's not zero either. She has ascites (water belly). You can drain some of the fluid off using a hypodermic syringe.

The color and contents will give you a clue of what you need to treat her for. There are dozens of YouTube videos. But use a syringe. Cutting a hole in your chicken is a death sentence.

Definitely give her milk thistle, 500mg. She's in organ failure and it will help her liver function, which will help distribute any additional medication you give her.

Most people will tell you to cull the hen as she will likely need to be drained at regular intervals. I kept one for almost a year before she passed. It depends on the effort you have to put into her care.

In personal experience, the green in her droppings is indicative of liver failure and not uncommon. The yellow usually points towards Peritonitis. You'll know for sure once you draw the fluid.

You're going to need to Google all of it. Pick what is within your wheelhouse and do what you can.
