I did give them this all natural wormer stuff. I got online but I don't think that would treat a tape worm

We need more information on the bird.
Age?
Diet?
Does she lay, if so, has she laid recently?
What's her crop feel like?
Natural wormer will not work but I don't see any worms

Please help Reptar, my hen. She's experiencing recurring illness, getting better and then falling ill again. I suspect recurring sour crop or possibly a tapeworm. Her comb is turning purple, and she's refusing to eat unless the food is finely chopped. The crop feels like a water balloon. I induced vomiting this morning. I have acidified copper sulfate but stopped using it after a day, as it seems quite strong. Should I use ACV to help flush out her system? The closest chicken vet is way to far out up state. Her poop is very foul smelling. Reptar is about four not laying Purina layer pellets is what I feed her.
