Good evening from England,
The name's Green Tree,
A quick bit of background as to why I'm here ;
I recently took to self sufficient methods of living, which was just growing vegetables and fruits in the garden. Keeping livestock was the next step for me, and chickens as well as being relatively simple to keep in comparison to Cattle and Pigs, they are just fun to have around! My neighbours just down the road keep chickens and I probably spent more time gazing and enjoying their entertainment than engaging in conversation with the neighbour!
So when I realized chickens will be my next step to a self sufficient lifestyle, I instantly started some research.
I do have several questions about keeping chickens but I'll be posting them in the relevant forum categories.
Anyhow, thanks for having me, I look forward to participating on the forums and gaining knowledge that I need to keep chickens.
Thanks
