Green watery droppings molting brown leghorn not eating well

I have a 12 month old leghorn who I thought at first was molting as some of the others her age are also. She looks scruffy and scrawny and loosing feathers but she also has bad diarrhoea..green watery droppings..
No other mucus or watery discharge no smell, nothing else on outside apart from feeling thin.
She is active but hangs back from the others when I bring scraps etc..
I have seperated her as I thought maybe food competition etc she is low in the pecking order and she is not eating well and really only treats like mealworms and scrambled eggs..
I have wormed them recently and inspected her watery poop today but can't see worms..
I have triple C antibiotics on hand as that's the only thing available here and I won't take to vet as they charge $120 just to see them..
Should I give the antibiotics?

Hey there, I'm not too knowledgeable about chickens, but I'm just on the tail end of a huge recovery with my pet ducks. One thing that helped me a lot is weighing my birds daily to keep track of whether they were eating enough or not. I would really suggest this to you, especially since you mentioned your girl seemed skinny. As far as poop goes, I'm not much of an expert, but to me that looks like she isn't eating enough food. My ducks' poo was very similar when they were only drinking water and only eating treats. Try your best to monitor food consumption and weight loss or gain. If she stops eating entirely or is rapidly losing weight, you may want to consider tube feeding(I had to for my ducks) and there are people on here who can help you. I'll help how I can, but I'm not an expert in any way.

Also, if your chicken ever stops pooping entirely, that is a serious sign that something is wrong. But like you said, this could be caused by stress of the molting, or by bullying or other outside factors that could be limiting food consumption.

I thought I update this as we have had full recovery and she is laying again after nearly 2 month.
First we gave her a course of triple C for 7 days with no effect.. she barely ate , only mealworms but drank.. she was very ill looking..
Tried everything else in my cabinet like vetrx etc until I read a post about cocci.. so as I had a bottle of meds in my fridge from a while ago that we got from taking our first chook to the vet(died the next day and cost $220 so never again) but thought I think she won't make it so have nothing to loose.. after first dose she was much better, poop started to normalise appetite back, after second dose we put her back with the others.. she has taken her time with molt etc but so happy she made it.
