Greenish poop?

I had a roo basically go limp. And before I culled he had some greenish poop pictures below.

Will I need to treat my other chickens?

Do you know what exactly happened to your roo? If you don't then what would you treat your other chickens with?

Not a clue. We found him and he wouldn't walk. We thought maybe he broke his back? But after seeing that poop im a bit worried it may be something worse. Any ideas what causes a poop like that? He ate and drank fine.

Red cabbage can give chickens blue or green poop
