She was fine this morning / afternoon. Now lethargic with greener spots under her eyes. Infection?

What have you been feeding the chick? Treats? What sort of feed? Is it getting grit? How old is the chick? Where is it being brooded? How many chicks? How large is the brooder? How warm is it? What is the ambient temperature?

They are young (not a week old) No treats / just chick food and water with probiotics. Seven chicks in a larger plastic tub set-up. (Same as we have always done / DH said temp was fine / the other six are bouncing around.) When we last checked them (for pasty butt / general how are we doing) earlier her eyes were fine and she was moving around / nothing seemed suspect.

When a chick suddenly gets that sick look around the eyes, and this is from my own experience, the chick is usually constipated.

You need to give it oil, and I recommend coconut oil in its solid state because it's easy to break off tiny bits and slip them into the beak without risking aspiration of the oil. Try to get at least half a teaspoon down the chick, massage the crop very gently to disperse the oil, and wait for it to pass a big turd. It could take a few hours or overnight. But treat it immediately.

Is there anything else it could be? She didn't make it. The feed store gave us another of the same breed/bin (sienna star) and she's doing the exact same thing - wobbly / lethargic after being initially active. But she's been pooping just as much as the other six we have (who are doing very well)

The new chick could be stressed from being in a new setting. Give it some sugar water and some finely minced boiled egg. Poultry Nutri-drench is very good to give a chick that's lethargic.
