Greenish white Egg

My hen look fine but she poop watery white greenish in colour from some day is it a symtoms of Newcastle disease or some other diseases

Her poop are greenish white this is happening from past 3 days

What do you feed them, and I s your hen eating? Does she have access to a lot of grass and greens?How is she acting, is she lethargic? Does she feel underweight?

I feed them grain or bird feed no any kind of grass . She is not eating
