Can ducklings eat iceburg lettuce? I thought I read somewhere it wasnt good for them.

I have always heard to much water content in iceberg lettuce can cause diarrhea, at least in rabbits.

I've noticed them getting diarrhea with any greens ive given them but I have a 4 week old pekin with turned in legs that came out of nowhere and I feed them purina all flock because it has niacin in it and they get b12 in their water so I'm concerned as to why out of the blue her legs have turned in so bad. I read greens help but I'm down to iceburg so wasnt sure if I should give her any.
