This light colored chick is significantly lighter and more blended in color than the other barred rocks. Could this designate her as a hen?

Also can you help me age them? They've looked much the same since last pics taken Sept 12 till these pics taken today. I got them August 31. No one knew at TSC how old they were.

Also. Do only cockerals play fight?
